Tuesday 7:30am - 8:30am with Amanda

Wednesday 12:30pm - 1:15pm with John

Thursday 7:30am - 8:30am Myofascial Release Class with John*

Friday 7:30am - 8:30am with John

Sunday 9:00am - 10:00am with Amanda

Classes will open 5 minutes before start time and

participants are automatically muted throughout the class.

It is completely up to you if you wish to turn your camera on.  


*You will need 2 tennis balls 



Join Amanda Sunday 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm for a 1-hour donation-based pregnancy yoga class starting May 10, 2020. Please email Amanda before joining the class for a quick catch up.

This class is suitable from your second trimester.
