We aim to provide transparency in the way we conduct our services, including the way we use your data. Yoga Mix will only use your data to ensure that you are receiving the most relevant information, specific to your account with us, your bookings and upcoming events that may be of interest.
What personal information do we hold?
When you sign up to our services we require a basic level of information in order to provide a great experience. Your name, address, phone number and any injuries / health concerns are stored within our systems following your registration with Yoga Mix.
If you have signed up to an auto renewing contract or have requested we save your payment details, your card details will be stored securely (as per PCI compliance) alongside your name, address and phone number in our Stripe software.
What do we do with this information?
This information is stored so that in the event that we may need to contact you regarding your booking, account or health & safety, we can do so in a timely manner. We will only contact you with email reminders, notifications and monthly newsletters if you “Subscribe” via our website or by ticking the newsletter box on our waiver form.
We will never share your personal data with a third party and we will never use your data in any way other than the above.
Where is my information stored?
Your personal details are stored in our payment system, Stripe. If you have purchased from our website shop your name, address, email and phone number is stored through our website provider Wix. As well as if you have opted into our newsletters your details including your name & email address are stored in our newsletter distribution software, Wix, as part of a mailing list.
How can I opt out of email reminders and newsletters?
If you have opted in to our email reminders you can opt out at any time by contacting us at email@example.com. You can opt out of our newsletters by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.
In order to maintain a quality of service for customers and a better user experience, Yoga Mix collects certain information about visitors to its website using cookies. A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server and only that server will be able to retrieve or read the contents of that cookie.
Yoga Mix utilises third-party tracking applications such as Google Analytics which provide information on website traffic and behaviour patterns to help maintain a better user experience. Google Analytics measures and analyses traffic to the website including unique visitors and information on visitor sessions.
